Working with Aqueo the worldwide distributors of the famous Havaiana’s brand, we are balancing the commercial feasibility with the need for a real flagship building for the brand. This exciting commercial building in the heart of Sydney’s burgeoning Alexandria has now been approved by the city of Sydney and we are currently finalising construction documentation.

The new building is connected to the rear of an industrial heritage warehouse and addresses the City’s proposed Liveable Green Network  which will connect Alexandra Canal to the city. It’s glass and steel structure are in direct contrast to the brick warehouse that it is attached to and its roof garden and atrium will add considerable amenity a quality to this fast changing precinct. Described as a ‘glowing lantern’ this design will provide a light, airy and modern office space for this flagship company and various tenants.
