This stunning DKC and SAOTA Vaucluse home is a project that Design King is collaborating on with renowned South African architectural firm, SAOTA.
SAOTA, a leading firm of architects is driven by the dynamic combination of Stefan Antoni, Philip Olmesdahl, Greg Truen, Phillippe Fouché and Mark Bullivant who share a potent vision easily distinguished in their design. They have an enormous global footprint with projects across six continents, and have a clear understanding of the place of design in the world and how to deliver architectural projects in diverse markets. SAOTA is focused on using the most current computer technology in its design process, both to understand the design and to communicate the design to our clients. They are the world leaders in the use of Revit and have also developed virtual reality tools for use in their process.
United with DKC in their innovative and dedicated approach to design, the SAOTA Vaucluse Home is a collaborative effort to maximise the potential of this stunning site in Vaucluse with its unique vista over Sydney Harbour towards the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
Set on three levels, this beautiful home boasts a central courtyard garden that allows light and air to filter through to each level. Large terraces bleed seamlessly from living areas that overlook the harbour. Finished and detailed with timber and stone this home will be very beautiful to live in.
The views necessitate an openness, with few walls, framing the dramatic views from the living room. The exterior has perforated screens creating privacy from the street level and neighbouring sites.
Just commencing construction after DA approval, we look forward to our vision coming to life with the creation of the quintessential luxurious Sydney Harbour residence.
